By accessing or using Realtlist (“the Platform”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform.
2. Use of the Platform
Realtlist provides a Barbados property search and management platform. You may use the Platform only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these terms. You agree not to post false, misleading, or fraudulent listings.
3. Agent accounts
Agents and agencies are responsible for the accuracy of their listings. Realtlist reserves the right to remove or suppress listings that violate these terms or applicable law.
4. Intellectual property
All content on the Platform, including logos, design, and software, is owned by Realtlist or its licensors. Listings content is owned by the respective agents and agencies who post it.
5. Disclaimer of warranties
The Platform is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. Realtlist does not guarantee the accuracy or completeness of listing information. Always conduct your own due diligence before any property transaction.
6. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Realtlist shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform.
7. Changes to terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Barbados. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Barbados.
